Stephen
Martin-Scott
MSC, FCIM, DipM |
Following a career in marketing, sales and general
management with such companies as Unigate and Diageo, Stephen moved
into marketing consultancy in 1991, becoming Senior Partner and
joint founder of SMP in 1997. He directly manages all major projects,
working through SMP’s team of specialists. As a member of
the Market Research Society, the Institute of Direct Marketing,
and a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, Stephen also
ensures all work undertaken for client schools or other educational
organisations complies with relevant professional standards, as
well as meeting the marketing and operational needs of the client.

Marie Fraser |
Marie brings 18 years of marketing management
and training experience in the higher education sector. She is
responsible for the day-to-day management of implementing research projects
for client schools and uses her experience of working in the education
sector to ensure all the work undertaken by SMP, and the way it is managed,
recognises both the necessary sensitivities and what is practicable.
She also conducts pro bono research which benefits the sector
as a whole.

Keeley Rudd |
Following a career in sales, marketing
and general management within an equally complex sector, Keeley is responsible
for maintaining contact with client schools. With a strong communications
background, Keeley liaises directly with prospect and client schools
and ensures that the needs of any school are met on a very individual
basis. Working closely with the Senior Partner, Keeley’s prime
focus is to ensure that your contact with the Schools Marketing Partnership
is well-managed and delivers timely, valuable information.

Felicity Lynch |
Drawing on her previous experience
as a language teacher and in publishing, Felicity has recently joined
the team and is responsible for the various design and print projects
undertaken by SMP for client schools. Many marketing projects and initiatives
require prospectuses, promotional leaflets, advertisements etc. and Felicity
works with client schools to ensure that all projects progress as planned,
and within the agreed timetables and budgets. Felicity is also responsible
for office administration and the smooth running of the business.

Bruce MacKenzie |
In his role as SMP's Creative Director, Bruce is responsible for the
design of the award-winning creative work SMP undertakes for its clients.
This ranges from a simple - but for the client school important - advertisement,
through detailed school re-brandings, the design of direct marketing
pieces to 24 page full colour prospectus.
