Enhancing Admissions

Because Admissions is such a vital element in any school’s recruitment processes, sometimes it becomes clear that current staff are either not recognising the importance of what they do, or do not have all the skills necessary to meet the demanding needs of the Admissions function in today’s competitive climate. If the relevant staff have the abilities, but have not had appropriate training, it is incumbent on the school – to improve the job satisfaction of its employees, as well as improving its recruitment performance – to train those staff members in the skills they do not possess.
